The former.The assurance of having a qualified pilot who follows strict regulations and standards gives me peace of mind. I wouldn’t feel that sense of security with a private jet pilot.

That is a luxurary jet, they don’t come cheap. If you want to fly around in a crop duster thats your business, but he doesnt.

I would go with the lowest fair. All aircraft are regulated for maintenance, however, none are regulated for price. (They all price-fix across the board)

The new airline may have better service, or more comfortable seating — Or they could be using worn-out 737’s that came from a leasing company. It’s a toss of the coin. Stick with the lowest fair, or the point-to-point destination, no matter what the airline.

I would take what ever I could fly. Which at this point would be a single engine plane. The the owner/pilot the jet can be very expensive to insure, some jets/turbo props can cost over $20-$30k a year to insure for a low time pilot. The jets are nice, fast and expensive, but you don’t have to be royalty or uber rich to own one. There are several companies out there that sell fractional ownership or shares in a private jet. I am willing to bet that Jolie and Pitt and many others have at least a fractional share in a private jet.

LOL I agree with you, but from what I just heard on CNN there was a call made from the White House to Citigroup and Citigroup now has canceled the plane. Go figure another stupid company that thought they were going to get by with something like this.
